  • Temporary Deployment Credentials: Temporary administrative access details (such as temporary OJS admin accounts, cPanel, or SSH credentials) provided securely so our engineering team can perform direct installation, configuration, or error/malware recovery.
  • Transaction Records: Invoices, payment confirmations, and transfer receipts. Payment card processing is managed securely by licensed payment processors and is never retained on our servers.
  • Technical Telemetry: Browser type, IP addresses, domain names activating licenses, and system diagnostic logs for verification and optimization.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information enables us to deliver, maintain, and protect our technical services:

  • Executing direct installation, activation, and license validation of OJS themes and plugins on your server.
  • Performing technical diagnostics, bug resolutions, malware mitigations, and database migrations.

  • Server and OJS credentials provided for deployment purposes are accessed exclusively by verified OJC engineers strictly during designated maintenance windows.
  • Once installation or technical maintenance is verified and completed, we strongly advise clients to immediately reset any temporary credentials to ensure ongoing internal security.
